½ cup pineapple chunks
1 wineglass full of water
3 jigs Bacardi Peach Rum
4 or 5 springs (about ten to fifteen leaves) of crappy Demoulas mint
1 cup ice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
Assemble in blender, hit “ice crush” then hit “puree”. Makes about two drinks.
